Water Bottle Filling Stations

Good afternoon!
Looking for help in investigating water bottle filling stations. We have several Elkay systems on our campus, but wondered if others have researched other products/systems and have feedback on their performance?
Thanks!

We use the Elkay EZ H2O water bottle fillers and have been very happy with them (photo here: http://www.utm.utoronto.ca/green/bottled-water-ban).  We did have one gooseneck style filler installed on campus (like the one pictured here: http://www.pittsburghwatercooler.com/Standard-Universal-Glass-Filler-Kit_p_12581.html), but the gooseneck could rotate freely and we ended up with water on the floor constantly.  It’s since been replaced with an EZ H2O one.

Hope this helps!

Hi Kati,

We went with the EZ H20 units (http://www.elkayezh2o.com/lzs8wslk.html) as well, in a roll-out of about 60 stations.  They were installed about 2.5 years ago and we have been fairly pleased with them so far.  We also tried some gooseneck-style ones here and there but found them to be less robust.

We have not tried them, but I believe Haws now has a similar product to the EZ H20 (http://www.hawsco.com/hydration-station).

Cheers!

Hello!
We installed a bunch last spring/summer and they were from Elkay, the same ones that count number of bottles saved, no gooseneck style ones though. We have some older ones with the gooseneck and don't like them.

So far they have been fine, no issues. And we've gotten a lot of positive feedback from the students and staff.
